Job Description

Aston Berkeley Systems are a long-established (33 years) computer systems house providing a selection of systems including Microsoft Dynamics, & Sage. We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Technician to add to our Development / Support team.


What will the apprentice be doing?

  • To assist in the development of add on products for Sage 50 and general bespoke development of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and CRM plus Microsoft Office and Spindle.
  • In addition to development there will be general computer support work troubleshooting and providing accurate information and escalating cases as necessary.
  • Ensuring all inquiries are answered promptly and courteously. Proactively tracking and reporting on the usage of Web based services and system stability.
  • Ensuring all processes and procedures are fully documented.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Digital Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:

Your training takes place away from your usual location of work and in one of NowSkills' city centre training venues. If this isn't convenient to you then NowSkills also provide live online, on-demand online and 1:1 with your subject specialist digital tutor that you will have assigned to you.

Upon succsesful completion you will receive certification of your Level 3 Digital Marketing standard.
