Job Description

We are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Apprentice to join our fast-growing agency in Bournemouth. This position is to support our Account Executives to run and manage their campaigns, whilst also providing support in other marketing activities across the business.


What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Working alongside our Account Executives in running their digital marketing campaigns
  • Assisting with reporting and managing campaigns
  • Optimising campaigns to deliver performance targets
  • Designing and planning campaign strategies across marketing channels
  • Completing account reviews to maintain optimised running
  • Training to become a full-time account executive at the end of your apprenticeship
  • Learning what area of digital marketing you want to specialise in.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will be working to acheive the qualification of Digital Marketer level 3 apprenticeship. Training time will be held throughout the working week and via video calls and online meetings with the provider. This will take place within the office, with time dedicated for training.

You will also be internally trained to become Google Ads, Google Analytics and Meta Ads certified. We work with all team members to design bespoke development plans and allocate weekly training time to develop your skills.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

The apprenticeship course will provide you with the training and skills needed to complete your apprenticeship. With the opportunity of becoming a full-time Accoutn Executive at the end of your apprenticeship, for the right candidate.
