Job Description

Do you want to work for a self-sustaining business that customers and staff can depend upon, and that actively cares about, and seeks to reduce, detrimental environmental impact? Joining the team as a Digital Marketing Apprentice you will be the link who brings together, forms and executes a Marketing strategy and plan to tell TRACO’s story.


What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Keeping all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) updated regularly with fresh content.
  • Managing all email marketing and work with Sales manager on customer touch points.
  • Creating strategies to increase traffic to websites, more email interaction and grow customer base.
  • Helping define strategy to target clients and customers and with our CRM platform.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Full training towards L3 Digital Marketing will be provided. You will complete an 18 month apprenticeship which includes 19 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

The role is permanent for the duration of the apprenticeship, however, there will be potential progression opportunities on completion of the programme. Training to be provided by a qualified digital marketing manager.
