Responsibilities

Baltic Training and Cruise.co.uk are thrilled to be recruiting for a Digital Marketing Apprentice to join their team in the heart of Digbeth. Established as the UK’s favourite Cruise agent with over 30 years of experience, Cruise offer travel services to popular destinations such as the Mediterranean and Caribbean to millions of visitors each year!  They are now looking for someone with knowledge of digital marketing and social media to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to start their career within Digital Marketing. The ideal candidate will be creative, possess excellent writing skills and have a passion for marketing.
 
The role has amazing potential progression opportunities such as developing onto a Level 4 Marketing Executive Apprenticeship and securing a permanent placement. 

Roles and Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Copywriting for social, web content, blogging and site content
  • Use of Google Analytics to report on results
  • Creating and managing Facebook ads using Facebook Business Manager
  • Support remote-based staff with social channels
  • General online marketing support
  • Ideas generation to promote customer engagement on site as well as drive traffic from social channels
  • Research tasks and development of marketing materials

  • There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the programme
  • You, along with your employer, may progress to a Level 4 programme, and take your training even further

Salary, Hours and Benefits:

  • £11,500 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 9am – 5.00pm (37.5 hours)
  • 25 days holiday entitlement (plus bank holidays)
