Job Description

The marketing department is responsible for delivering on the commercial objectives of Doddle. The core role is to use digital marketing skills to implement marketing strategies for Doddle’s B2C products & support the achievement of marketing objectives. There is scope to learn & grow, taking on further responsibilities as experience grows.

Responsibilities

Duties to include:

  • Campaign content creation and implementation using email marketing for targeted campaigns
  • Management of ongoing email nurturing campaigns to update and refresh when needed
  • Update marketing website with new subject content on each new subject release
  • Ownership and management of Doddle Learn’s social media channels, maintaining content updates and responding appropriately where necessary
  • Exploring and nurturing influencer marketing campaigns
  • Assisting international territory managers with their marketing campaigns to ensure messaging is consistent across brands and territories
  • Webinars – promote, host and produce a regular schedule of informative webinars to act as lead magnets for the business
  • Videos – create a series of ‘how-to/guided tour’ videos to be used as internal training aids and externally, for informing the market of Doddle Learn’s product attributes
  • Magazine – assist in the coordination and production of a quarterly Innovation in Education Magazine
  • Collaborate with account managers to provide sales aids, and plan specific product campaigns
  • Manage email marketing campaigns using our bespoke emailing software Dot Digital
  • Take ownership of Doddle Learn’s consumer brand websites, be a guardian of website content and create marketing campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads
  • Monitor the impact of each marketing campaign and report metrics to the Marketing Manager
  • Organise inter-departmental meetings
  • Liaise with sales account managers to plan and implement campaigns for specific product areas including international campaigns

Skills Required

  • A knowledge or understanding of B2C marketing and excellent communication skills – especially copywriting and proof checking
  • A high standard of computer literacy, Proficient MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook in particular) and in management of social media platforms
  • Competency using digital marketing platforms, including Wordpress, email marketing software desirable
  • Knowledge and experience of working with a CRM desirable

Qualifications Required

  • You’ll need to pass a face to face screening interview with our Talent Team and sit initial assessments in maths and English
