As an apprentice in this team you will be involved in assisting with business-wide internal communications and employee events, and activities to maintain Pepper UK’s external presence. The ideal candidate would have a creative flair and an ambitious attitude.

Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

In addition to learning and working towards your qualification you will be developing your experience & skills through on the job training,working alongside the Communications Manager and be part of an award-winning financial services company.

You will be involved in the delivery of our internal & external communication strategy to inform, instruct & inspire Pepper employees, plan and write communications, managing/supporting events to promote company culture, and driving employee engagement

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will be working towards a Level 3 Qualification. This training will set you up with knowledge and experience on how to improve standards of practice working in a Communications function. The Apprenticeship Framework includes a range of administrative and training skills to boost both your competency and knowledge.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Successful Apprentices that have consistently performed throughout their tenure and have delivered outstanding administrative and customer service as well as supported their teams will have the opportunity to move into a role within the teams of Pepper UK.
