What will the apprentice be doing?Duties include: Support workforce in maximising their use of existing Office 365 (Excel, Power Bi, SharePoint etc) Deploy digital solutions such as Jean Lutz Instrumentation, Big Data platform, ZettaLyse, assist with compiling data from multiple sources Improve the quality and cleansing of data Develop data collection systems using digital forms to reduce error and duplication Interrogate data systems to identify business improvement opportunities, monitor their progress, adoption and efficacy
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?Level 3 Digitial Support Technician apprenticeship standard (either Applications or Service Technician) Level 2 Functional Skills in maths, English and ICT (if required) This apprenticeship is delivered through a combination of Work Based Assessment and day/block release. The programme will culminate in an End Point Assessment, where all the skills and knowledge gained on the apprenticeship will be formally tested.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?On completion, the role is a permanent full time position. Further development opportunities are available.
