If you are looking for an exciting career, our Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship programme could be for you! Join us as a Construction Management or Quantity Surveying Apprentice and from day one you will be working with our experienced team in the Midlands and will be able to make an instant contribution to a multi-million pound project.


What will the apprentice be doing?

You will be working on one of our projects within our Midlands region. You will be attending Sheffield Hallam University on a block release basis (accommodation provided). You will be working towards a Level 6 Construction Site Management or Construction Quantity Surveyor Degree (BSc Hons).

What does a Construction Manager do?
Construction Managers are responsible for delivering building projects such as schools, hospitals and office buildings. They manage a project from conception through to completion. Day to day they are responsible for managing subcontractors, liaising with clients and ensuring the quality and safe delivery of projects.

What does a Quantity Surveyor do?
Quantity Surveyors are part of the Commercial Management team. Commercial Management is the process that deals with the financial and legal aspects of projects. 

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will work towards a level 6 degree apprenticeship in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying. You will attend Sheffield Hallam University on a block release.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Upon completion of the level 6 degree apprenticeship we will provide you with full support to gain a professional qualification through either the RICS or CIOB.
