What will the apprentice be doing?
A typical day
- Solving business problems using a hackathon which could be a wider Engine initiative
- Writing code and queries for day-to-day analytics and specific projects
- Learning database and data structures
- Defining problems and how to solve them
- Getting value from data and how to visualise results to present
- Delivering client analytical presentations
- Delivering reporting with insight and recommendations
- Completing a predictive model using machine learning to solve a business problem
- Data flows from source to destination and consolidation of data
- Learn about data pipelines, APIs, web service and data extracts
- Learn about Customer 360 view, CDPs and data warehousing
- Understand how to extract data from databases and use in multi-channel comms
- Learn to deliver an automated communications journey
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Data Fellowship Level 4
Being a Multiverse apprentice means access to awesome social events, sports teams, insight/career days with other apprentices to grow your network, as well as your own personal Coach who will guide you through the qualification to help you achieve your full potential.
As part of your Multiverse apprenticeship, you will have access to our Future Leaders Foundation modules to help you develop the 6 key competencies: well-being, self-awareness, motivation, conscientiousness, effectiveness and grit.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
After your Data Fellowship, you can progress into any Junior Data Analyst, Data Scientist and Data engineer role. You'll have the skills to run insight analytical projects from beginning to end and work within a Data Analytics team.
