Job Description

PAASE Digital are rapidly expanding due to 450%+ Year on Year growth and are looking for a Customer Success Executive. To join our team to support the on-boarding, management and development of new client automation and day to day activity.


As an Customer Success Apprentice you will work with the Customer Success Manager(s) and Consultants to help support them with a portfolio of accounts across a wide range of Direct to Consumer industries.

This is a hands-on role where you will assist with:

  • The on-boarding, design and build of emails
  • Develop customer journey automation using a variety of customer relationship management platforms
  • Much of our client base are using the Klaviyo email marketing platform and part of your training will involve becoming certified on this platform

You will also assist in:

  • Providing ongoing analysis based, data driven reports and testing to help identify key trends, gaps and opportunities to enable continued account growth

Qualifications Required

  • Grade A*-C/9-4 GCSE or equivalent in English and maths (Level 2 Functional Skills is also accepted)
  • Grade A*-C/9-4 GCSE or equivalent in IT

Level 3 Digital Marketer Apprenticeship Standard, which includes:

  • Training with Milton Keynes College
  • Ongoing training, support and development with the employer
