Job Description

This role reports to the Head of Customer Success and is responsible for ensuring that the Customer Success team delivers a delightful service to our clients, so that WhiteHat can renew and expand its business. You will be dealing with the day to day processes, helping the Customer Success team pull analysis for their clients.

Responsibilities

Duties will include:

  • Communicating with the CSMs (Customer Success Managers) to understand their priorities for the coming week and month, to identify where you can support
  • Reviewing data on internal systems such as Tableau, and speaking with coaches to get apprentice-level insight, to pull together Quarterly Business Review slide decks
  • Providing administrative support for communications to clients
  • Dealing with questions from coaches about clients
  • Communicating with clients over email, phone and zoom about day to day issues
  • Working with the Delivery Operations team on process improvements identified during cohort launches

Future Prospects

After your Project Management apprenticeship progress into Project Management, Digital Transformation Manager, Business Development Lead, Programme Manager, Transformation Director and Process Transformation Director or other management roles within your field.

  • Strong computer skills, and be able to work with our key systems such as G-Suite, Tableau, Hubspot (training will be provided)

Qualifications Required

  • Five GCSE grades C - A* (4-9) or equivalent, including English and maths
  • Level 3 qualification (A level, BTEC or equivalent)
  • Six months' admin experience

Training Provided

  1. Training on the 18 month Standard Level 4 Associate Project Manager (PM) apprenticeship
  2. Being a WhiteHat apprentice means access to awesome social events, sports teams, insight/career days with other apprentices to grow your network, as well as your own personal Coach who will guide you through the qualification to help you achieve your full potential
  3. As part of your WhiteHat Apprenticeship, you will have access to our Future Leaders Foundation modules to develop 6 key competencies, underpinned by well-being, self-awareness, motivation, conscientiousness, effectiveness and grit
  4. Functional Skills in maths and English if required
