Job Description

You will will provide excellent customer service and ensure that all complaints, queries and questions are handled in the correct way, you will learn our policies and processes, and learn when to escalate accordingly. You will also provide additional support on our social media platforms for the marketing executive as required.

Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

Respond to online reviews in a friendly and understanding manner, in
line with the brand tone.
• Respond to social media messages and posts on all social media
platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and TripAdvisor.
• Assist the customer services team with phone and email queries as
required.
• Address and report on complaints and potential issues to line manager.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 2 Customer Service. 

Not required to attend college, remote learning

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Potential to complete further apprenticeships
