Along with representing the clinic’s name, the apprentice’s duties include and are not limited to:
- Contact customers by phone
- Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service
- Describe products and services
- Respond to questions
- Identify and overcome objections
- Take the customer through the sales process
- Obtain customer information
- Obtain possible customer leads
- Maintain customer/potential customer data bases
- Follow up on initial contacts
- Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders and accounts

Qualifications Required
- GCSE 9-4 or A*-C in maths and English or Functional Skills Level 1 and above
Training Provided
Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard:
Apprentices will be required to attend college at least x1 day per week either at Uxbridge, Harrow or Hayes Campus completing necessary mandatory training and units associated with the apprenticeship.
Our Account Manager, industry-trained assessor and Learning Advocate support apprentices to deliver our high-quality training programmes.
The apprentice will be required to complete:
- QCF Framework
- Employment Rights and Responsibilities
- Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours
- Standard and End Point Assessment
- Functional Skills in English, maths and ICT (if required)
Other training will be provided by the employer as required to enable the fulfilment of the job role.
