Job Description

Animal Trust provides care to tens of thousands of patients every year and is one of the fastest-growing veterinary organisations in the country. Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

Working within a team of telephonists, you will deliver excellent customer service and provide a friendly, professional face for the company. You will organise appointment schedules for the veterinary teams and maintain open communication with the various surgeries. 

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

As an apprentice, you will be paid to work in our Central Help Team 4 days per week and to spend 1 day per week training with Cheshire College.  Our apprentices will be supported by a manager and will learn:

Customer Service 
Complaint Handling
Customer Journey 
Relationship Building
Business skills

 

As part of this apprenticeship you will receive a Level 2 Diploma Customer Service Practitioner, or Level 3 Diploma Customer Service Practitioner (depending on your previous experience). 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

If you are successful in meeting your objectives and targets, you will be offered a permanent contract at the end of your apprenticeship as a part of our Central Help team.
