Responsibilities

As part of the Customer Service & Experience Team you will:

  • Respond to customer queries on various platforms
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints
  • Respond to customer reviews
  • Assist with social media management and website updates

Future Prospects

  • Progression onto Customer Service Team Leader or progress to a sales/marketing role
