Responsibilities

Vacancy Description

The main duties of this Customer Service Level 3 apprenticeship are the following:

  • Being the resident’s first point of contact
  • Keep residents updated on the progress of works to their home
  • Dealing with resident queries
  • Carrying out condition surveys and resident interviews
  • Daily visits to residents at home
  • Ensuring the smooth delivery of the works in resident’s homes
  • Provide RLO administration support

Qualifications Required

  • Due to the nature of the role and the information that will be handled, the candidate must be over the age of 18
  • This is due to the confidential nature of the sensitive information that is being handled day-to-day, and the insurance that has been put in place by the company itself
  • Due to the nature of the work there is a requirement for the successful applicant to undergo a Basic Disclosure Check

Training Provided

  • The learner will be taught all relevant underpinning knowledge relating to the Customer Service Specialist Level 3 Apprenticeship
  • They will be delivered through a combination of day release to North Hertfordshire College or training delivery on site
