Responsibilities
Duties will include:
- Apprentice will start on reception and will be initial point of contact for clients
- They will also support fee earners by making appointments, typing letters and attendance notes
Other office duties will involve:
- Preparing schedules of deeds
- Taking payment, either by cash/cheque or card
- Answering the telephone and taking accurate messages
- Will learn how to use the LEAP database

To enter an apprenticeship as a paralegal or solicitor.

Qualifications Required
Ideally GCSE's in maths, English and ICT or equivalent.

- Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship Standard
- Functional skills in English and maths if required
