Job Description

The role will be to fulfil a customer service position within the company and also provide a degree of administrative support.

Responsibilities

Duties will include:

  • Answering phone calls from suppliers and customers
  • Data input into Microsoft Excel / Word
  • Data input for manual printing of courier labels
  • Filing and organization of files
  • Inputting and arranging despatching of goods via the use of online booking systems
