What will the apprentice be doing?
This will involve telephone cold calling, emailing to current contacts to generate leads speaking and interacting with clients and candidates face to face on occasion. Managing the contractors that work for you on a weekly basis including what sites to send them too, pay rolling them and making sure they are happy to carry on working with you. Likewise making sure that you keep your clients orders fulfilled and manage the invoicing process to charge our clients for the services we provide.
