Ideally Candidates must be comfortable to Use a telephone to speak to candidates and clients alike – a large percentage of the work you will be doing will be using telephone Use Microsoft Office and our internal database to document what we do. Starting Salary £15,000.00 per annum + Holidays and Bank Holidays

Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

This will involve telephone cold calling, emailing to current contacts to generate leads speaking and interacting with clients and candidates face to face on occasion.  Managing the contractors that work for you on a weekly basis including what sites to send them too, pay rolling them and making sure they are happy to carry on working with you.  Likewise making sure that you keep your clients orders fulfilled and manage the invoicing process to charge our clients for the services we provide.
