The Role:

Duties will include:

  • Taking phone calls
  • Inputting orders
  • Filing
  • External courier booking
  • Quotations
  • POD’s
  • Liaising with other departments
  • Customer Service - Knowledge
  • Getting to know our customers
  • Understanding Ecospill – what we do
  • Product Training
  • Business Systems – Training on Sage and all aspects of windows 10
  • External courier systems for booking transport

The Person:

  • Ability to retain knowledge
  • Willing to work
  • Approachable

Skills Required:

  • Good level of education maths and English GCSE grade 4/C and above or equivalent

The successful candidate will study a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Standard. This will be aided by an assessor who will carry out all assessments as work-based learning within the workplace.

Working Hours and Wage:
37.5 hours per week. 8.30am – 5pm Mon Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm Friday. Breaks ½ lunch and 2 x 15mins breaks
£4.55 - £8.72 per hour - depending on age
£182.00 - £348.80 per week - depending on age
