The Role:

With over 230 years of market leading experience in providing washroom solutions for all industries, including education, leisure, hotels, transport and stadia, this apprenticeship role offers the successful candidate the opportunity of a career path leading initially to Internal Customer Sales Adviser; Estimator; Project Tendering or a Sales/Business Development role.

Duties will include - This role has a very varied range of activities and will cover Customer Service; Estimating and other Sales related work:

  • To assist Estimating department with quotations and logging quotes
  • Managing project & sales lead trackers
  • Generate sales leads for the BDM from ABI and other sales lead mediums
  • Assist with price increase/change correspondence
  • Manage proactively the £2.5k quote tracker including follow up calls to customers

To assist Customer Services with general administration work to include:

  • Updating Customer Information
  • Organising all literature requests
  • Assist in 6S audits in the office
  • To provide administrative support for the Company
  • Assist with distribution of mailshots

The successful candidate will study a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Level 2. This will be aided by an assessor who will carry out all assessments as work-based learning within the workplace.

Working Hours and Wage:

  • 37 Hours Per Week. 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.00pm on Friday
  • £5 per hour
  • £185 per week

Qualifications Required

A good standard of education ideally 5 GCSEs at A/8 or B/6 level or equivalent, including English & maths.
