Job Description

Vaspba Remote Piloted Systems are looking for a Customer Service Apprentice. The ideal candidate must have a bubbly personality and have the desire to build on their customer service skills to talk to clients at a senior level.


What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Manage the CRM system, keeping the data “clean”, communicating with existing customers for their orders and any post sale queries
  • Expand our database for potential clients and to send product information emails
  • To keep our in-house customer database in order with customers details and contacts
  • Checking our websites and social media platforms for any customer contacts and questions. There will also be a requirement to use social media for product information and updates.
  • Attend exhibitions and to clients directly for demonstrations 


What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The Customer Service apprentice will work towards a L2 Customer Service apprenticeship via Weymouth College and will at the same time have formal training delivered by Vaspba Remote Piloted Systems.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Prospect of progression to a higher level apprenticeship qualification and to progress within the business.
