What will the apprentice be doing?
As an Apprentice, you’ll get to put all of your passion, drive and willingness to learn to great use. And you can rest assured that no two days are ever the same. You’ll learn how to assist customers with things like billing queries, issuing refunds or setting up payment plans; through to helping customers with water supply problems such as leaks or other issues.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
This is structured 24-month apprenticeships programme where you’ll grow your skills and knowledge by participating in group workshops and individual training or by completing assignments and practical observations. You’ll receive plenty of encouragement and support from trainers, team managers, mentors and buddies so that you can proudly achieve the Customer Service Level 3 Specialist qualification.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
You'll be guaranteed full-time employment on completion of your apprenticeship.
