- Answering office phones professionally and transferring calls
- Supporting customers and internal staff and always following best practice
- Supporting senior management with tasks and projects
- Supporting customers in their recruitment
- Supporting learners with eligibility checks
- Updating customer records

Qualifications Required
- GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4/C) essential
- GCSE or equivalent maths (Grade 4/C) essential
Training Provided
- Level 2 - Intermediate Apprenticeship (equivalent to 5 GCSE passes)
- Training provided by us, Ginger Nut Training
- Online delivery, usually one day a week (mainly through Microsoft Teams and other learning platforms and resources)
