Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding full-time Customer Service Apprentice to join our growing administration and employer engagement team at Ginger Nut Training’s head office. Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and video meetings
  • Answering office phones professionally and transferring calls
  • Supporting customers and internal staff and always following best practice
  • Supporting senior management with tasks and projects
  • Supporting customers in their recruitment
  • Supporting learners with eligibility checks
  • Updating customer records

Qualifications Required

  • GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4/C) essential
  • GCSE or equivalent maths (Grade 4/C) essential

Training Provided

  • Level 2 - Intermediate Apprenticeship (equivalent to 5 GCSE passes)
  • Training provided by us, Ginger Nut Training
  • Online delivery, usually one day a week (mainly through Microsoft Teams and other learning platforms and resources)
