What will the apprentice be doing?
Remit is recruiting for this role on behalf of Manheim Vehicle Solutions, you will be responsible for providing support services to the Auction Centre on both sale and non-sale days. Responsible for: • dealing with general enquiries in a timely manner. • supporting the Auctioneer and rostrum set up on a sale day. • Ensure tapes are available and set up to record a sale • supporting simulcast during the sale, • responding to Police Notices, Parking Fines, updating the DVLA as appropriate • support with catalogue production.What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
As a customer service apprentice, you will receive mentoring in the workplace and training from Remit Group to help develop your skills and achieve your Level 2 On successful completion, you will receive: • Level 1 / Level 2 Functional Skills in English & Maths (if required) • Level 2 in Customer ServiceWhat is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
