Be there as a Tech Guru for some of our customers who struggle with the technical side of our business
Familiarise yourself with our extensive and exciting product ranges
Making sure our products reach our customers by managing part of the product life cycle
Have a friendly approach in helping our customers navigate our exciting website and product ranges
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will have the full support of a highly experienced, friendly team who will guide you every step of the way. We will provide on-the-job training so that you can develop your skills as a champion for our brand, alongside your structured learning as part of gaining a nationally recognised qualification.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
When you are a fully qualified level 2 Customer Service practitioner upon completing the Apprenticeship, there is the potential to progress to a permanent role here at Mobile Fun as you will be able to see we have a track record of investing in and nurturing talent.
