Job Description

Complete Iwear based in Hillsborough Morrisions, has a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Apprentice to join their team. You will be reporting to the Branch Manager and have a wide range of responsibilities including; meeting & greeting customer

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Branch Manager, your daily duties will include:

  • Checking glasses that come from suppliers for faults
  • Order frames from suppliers
  • Booking appointments in to diaries
  • High level customer service at all times
  • Taking payments
  • Meeting & greeting customers
  • Calling customers to advises glasses have arrived
  • General house keeping
  • Dealing with any problems
  • Inhouse training to advise on frames

Future Prospects

  • Possibility of full time employment subject to successful completion of Apprenticeship
