What will the apprentice be doing?
In the role as a Customer Service Apprentice with Jewson, you will:
Demonstrate a professional approach at all times, and flexibility to work
Work closely with the branch team to ensure our customers get the very best service
Contribute to the effective running of the counter and warehouse, satisfying customer orders by picking goods and carrying out other general warehouse duties.
Deal with customer enquiries over the counter and phone.
Build strong relationships with customers
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Level 2 in Customer Service at a practitioner level
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
For the right candidate, a solid work performance and successful completion of the Apprenticeship could lead to a permanent position within Jewson and further career development.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract initially, but we hope to offer a permanent position after a year, so this would suit someone who is looking to take their first steps in building a career with us
