Job Description

This position will be a customer facing/admin style role where you will need to have a very good telephone manner and be friendly! It's a great opportunity if you want to start an office-based career. You must have a good phone manner as the role will generally involve calling customers and following up leads.

Responsibilities

  • You will be answering incoming phone calls
  • Calling customers
  • Provide routine clerical support, e.g. photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing, and scanning
  • Maintain manual and computerised records/management information systems and respond to queries
  • Appreciate and support the role of other professionals
  • Attend and participate in relevant meetings as required

  • You will also have full training on the systems but require basic IT skills including Excel and Outlook
