Job Description

The role will involve customer service and also aspects of administration supporting our sales desk with day to day tasks to ensure our customers receive the best possible overall service from us.

Responsibilities

Duties to include:

  • Helping to answer phones
  • Sending out samples to customers
  • Chasing quotes
  • Updating records
  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Administrative sales tasks

Future Prospects

Progression to an Account Manager role on the internal sales desk

Skills Required

Must be IT literate, good communication skills

Qualities Required

Confident, a real “can-do” attitude, self-motivated, willing to learn

Qualifications Required

Maths and English A-C preferred but not essential

Training Provided

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.

You will also be fully supported in the workplace by your colleagues to learn all aspects of the business and grow your role, but there is an expectation to be a self starter.
