Duties to include:
- Helping to answer phones
- Sending out samples to customers
- Chasing quotes
- Updating records
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Administrative sales tasks
Progression to an Account Manager role on the internal sales desk
Must be IT literate, good communication skills
Confident, a real “can-do” attitude, self-motivated, willing to learn
Maths and English A-C preferred but not essential
Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.
You will also be fully supported in the workplace by your colleagues to learn all aspects of the business and grow your role, but there is an expectation to be a self starter.
