Job Description

The role will be on the Customer Service and Buying Desk. You will be responsible for dealing with customers and testing. Applicants should have good communication skills and be someone who’s a gamer and likes consoles and latest tech.

Responsibilities

  • Dealing with customers face to face
  • Dealing with customers over the phone
  • Testing equipment that people bring in
  • Taking payment for products
  • Ensuring all customers receive good customer service
  • Answering the phone as and when required
