Founded in 2010, we have a passion to create the perfect frozen yogurt and deliver customer service to people in Manchester and Bolton. We are now looking for someone to join our team to continue the high-quality service to our customers and join our fun team.

Responsibilities

Duties here will include:

  • Serving customers
  • Cash handling
  • Ensuring stock control
  • Replenish supplies
  • Using our till systems
  • Follow food hygiene and health and safety
  • Ensure clean environment at all times

  • Full time role and progression for the right candidate

  • Please be aware you will be working in the company and may also be required to attend Alliance Learning for the day release training

Skills Required

  • As this is a face to face role you must have a passion for being around people to provide high customer service

Qualities Required

  • Energetic
  • Friendly person who is reliable
  • Punctual and hard working

Qualifications Required

  • Good level of maths and English, no specific grades required

Training Provided

  • The successful applicant will be working towards an Intermediate Customer Service Practitioner
  • This will include NVQ Level 2, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills.
