Working for a Lettings Agency in the heart of Wolverhampton, you will be supporting the team with day to day duties to ensure all maintenance on properties is compliant and ready for tenants. You will be dealing with external agencies and tenants on a daily basis., both over the telephone, email and face to face.


Reporting into the Manager you will be supporting the team with answering enquiries, and taking calls.

You will be liaising with maintenance companies and ensuring inspections are carried out and work completed on all properties in the current portfolio.

You will need to be telephone confident and have the ability to communicate with people on all levels.

Good IT Skills are a must.

Future Prospects

Possibility of progression to level 3.
