Job Description

This is a varied office based apprenticeship dealing with a wide range of duties to support the operations of the business.

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Answering Telephones
  • Responding to email enquiries
  • Assisting with customer queries
  • Updating CRM system
  • Administration Duties
  • Photocopying
  • Scanning and Filing
  • Plus much more

  • Ideally maths and English (Grade C / 4 or above) or equivalent

  • Teaching and learning the skills, knowledge and behaviours within Customer Services
