Job Description

You’ll get exposure across a number of areas, allowing you to see where your strengths and interests lie. This will vary between talking to customers in our trade counter, fulfilling their orders in the yard or speaking to them over the phone. You’ll be working with a team to get our products to the customer safely and efficiently.


We are looking for talented and enthusiastic people to join us on our Specialist to the Trade Certificate, a 12-month apprenticeship programme that will provide you with the tools and knowledge to build a successful career with our business. By the end of the programme you will have the confidence to say to our customers “I know what you are talking about, I know what you are after. I can do that”.

We deal with both trade and retail customers and operate the largest network of dedicated bathroom showrooms across the UK.

Reality Check

Right from the start of your career with us, you’ll be supported in your development. You’ll join our Specialist to the Trade Certificate, a 12-month Apprenticeship that will give you tools to be successful in your role.

Over your apprenticeship, you’ll explore our safety culture, the products we sell, the services we provide and understand more about our customers.  Through 1:1 coaching and mentoring, you’ve got a fantastic support network that will support you, not only through the apprenticeship programme, but your day to day development.

Over the year, you will build the foundations for your future career by attending online knowledge and skills workshops that are led by our highly skilled training team, as well as our business experts.
