Job Description

To provide administrative support to the Customer Relations team as well as carry out general office duties. You will work towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard.

Responsibilities

Customer relations duties:

  • Ensure phone calls are answered promptly and courteously
  • Process orders through the in-house system
  • Deal with customer queries through to completion
  • Liaise with other departments as necessary to get any aspect of the role completed successfully
  • Basic credit control assistance such as processing daily payments
  • Deal with general accounts queries from customers via email or phone
  • To produce basic accounts reports

General office duties:

  • Front of house duties – greeting visitors
  • Assist with the daily post – inbound and outbound
  • Maintain accurate office systems, including filing

  • Good IT skills - knowledge of Microsoft Office packages e.g. Word and Excel

Qualifications Required

5 GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) including maths and English.

Training Provided

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard, which includes:

  • Level 1/2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment (EPA)
