Job Description

Autoglym is a British manufacturer of a premium range of vehicle care and valeting products, which are sold in over 45 countries. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.


Your roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • To monitor, respond and log customer questions, opinions and concerns via the Autoglym social media channels customer service to external and internal customers by way of problem solving and communication
  • To ensure that any work is carried out according to company and departmental health and safety procedures in line with the company Zero Harm vision
  • To receive, respond and satisfy all incoming customer enquires relating to technical and distribution product issues from customers through various digital channels, including but not exclusive Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, You Tube, Tik Tok, website reviews and online chat
  • To liaise with Technical Service and Marketing teams on any reoccurring themes on digital media. Reporting successes and areas for improvement
  • To log all incoming enquiries and use this to carry out analysis from feedback generated from external sources to show trends and areas for improvement by written report or presentation
  • To provide exceptional and professional customer service
  • To enhance Autoglym’s digital presence and to ensure responses to customers are seen by the world as experts in our field
