What will the apprentice be doing?
Working as a Credit Controller within the Accounts team, duties will be varied but over time will include:
- Taking a proactive role in collecting outstanding debt from a range of customers
- Answering incoming telephone calls or emails
- Resolving customer queries
- Processing payments
- Reconciling accounts
- Opening new accounts
- Sales ledger and general administration

Accounts or Finance Assistant Level 2
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Opportunity to complete higher level apprenticeships or other accounting related qualifications, to progress into an Assistant/Trainee Accountant role.Reality Check
