Job Description

You’ll learn all about getting our products into stores and making sure they perform commercially. Supply Chain. Sales. Marketing. Category Sales Development. They all play their part, working together to take our famous products, like Cheerios, Shreddies, Shredded Wheat, Golden Grahams, and more, from factory line to supermarket shelves.

Responsibilities

What will the apprentice be doing?

Across a number of placements, you’ll work your way through each area to gain an end-to-end understanding of the whole process. In Marketing, you will understand our brands and how they perform externally and internally. In Sales you will look after our retail customers, ensuring we maximise store sales through the promotion of new and existing products. In Supply Chain, you will learn to understand the fundamentals of this busy division, working across a number of different teams.

 

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Our Chartered Manager Degree Apprentice scheme will last up to three years and mixes real on the job work experience alongside a variety of teaching methods including classroom, online and in work assessment.
