What will the apprentice be doing?
A typical day
- You will learn how to gather and analyse different sources of information and data, make sense of and present it in a coherent, comprehensible, and comprehensive to both business and technical colleagues
- You will learn how to design new processes and devise digital solutions to solve meaningful problems, and then work with colleagues to put in place what is needed to make them work
- You will learn how to work with people from a wide range of disciplines (such as researchers, service designers, content designers, software developers, and managers) and bring all their perspectives together to find and refine the best ideas and solutions
- As your confidence and experience grows, you'll bring your own ideas and perspective from both your professional and life experience
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Digital Business Accelerator Level 3
Being a Multiverse apprentice means access to awesome social events, sports teams, insight/career days with other apprentices to grow your network, as well as your own personal coach who will guide you through the qualification and help you achieve your full potential.
As part of your Multiverse apprenticeship, you will have access to our Future Leaders Foundation modules to help you develop the 6 key competencies: well-being, self-awareness, motivation, conscientiousness, effectiveness and grit.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
After your Digital Business Accelerator apprenticeship, you can progress into further qualifications such as Level 4 Project Management, Software Engineering and Digital Marketing.
