Responsibilities
We have a great opportunity for an individual looking to complete a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship with construction.
This is a large construction company working within the Barking and Dagenham area.
The Apprentice will have duties that consist of -
• Filing documents.
• Telephone management.
• Taking messages.
• Mail handling.
• Responding to business enquiries.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Drawing up contracts.
• Maintaining organised file systems.
• Greeting visitors.

On successful completion there is an opportunity for full time employment.

Skills Required
Strong communication skills.
Familiar with IT and using Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Qualities Required
The perfect candidate will be organised and a self-motivated individual with excellent attention to detail. The company is looking for someone who is hardworking with a great work ethic and is willing to learn. They must have great communication skills, including writing and have problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications Required
Minimum GCSE Grade 4/C in English and Math's or equivalent.
CSCS card is desired, however this is not essential.
Training Provided
Formal training will be carried out one day a week at Barking and Dagenham College.
