Job Description

An amazing opportunity to work for one of the most recognisable hotel brands in the world - Hospitality giant, Hilton, is looking for a motivated, passionate individual to join their team as a Conference & Events apprentice.


Your job purpose will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences in the conference and events department.

Some daily responsibilities will include:

- Communicate clearly between customer and other operating departments - both ways.

- Be proactive in ensuring all guests are welcomed in a timely and appropriate manner.

- Demonstrate an awareness of customer priorities, anticipate needs, and build rapport.

- Execute cleaning, event room set up, security, safety, and F&B production/delivery tasks to the standard specified.

- Ensure your behaviour respects the perspective, privacy, safety and security of your colleagues.

- Provide constructive suggestions /feedback to the leadership group on product, process or learning delivery improvements.

- Apply yourself fully during team training and briefing exercises.

- Always deliver your 'fair share' in team task elements of the role and support colleagues whose workload may temporarily exceed your own.

At Hilton, you will be working towards your Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship - Conference and Events Operations Level 2 the course of 15 months.
