Duties will include:
- Support to all senior chefs
- Preparation and delivery of the food for the guests (The level of the food is 3 rosettes)
- Following Food Safety requirements
- Following all dietary requirements
- Keeping cleaning standards high
Working 5 days a week 40 hours. Serving breakfast, afternoon tea, dinner, and Sunday lunch as well as the occasional wedding and functions. Shift pattern may vary from
9 am to 10.00 pm.

The learner could become a full time chef and develop up to a chef de parti level. He could become fully responsible for a section in terms of quality and preparation.
