Responsibilities
Duties Include:
- Assisting in the food preparation process (mise en place)
- Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes
- Preparing vegetables, meats and fish
- Assisting other Chefs
- Cleaning stations and contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
We can provide a free accommodation on site which avoid travel expenses and tiredness. (for under 18, we need the writing authorisation from the parents)
