Responsibilities will include:
- Knife skills
- Fish, meat and veg prep
- Line cooking
- Stock control
- Stock management
Once the training has been completed a full time position in the role will be yours. We also hope to progress your training further to give you the opportunity to step up to a management role as the company evolves.
We offer further training through companies such as Watershed in management skills for kitchen staff. We also offer Food Safety Training, Health and Safety Training and HR training. Skills such as stock management, ordering, staff management will all be gained as you grow and complete your training.
No training is required, but a good attitude is essential.
