Job Description

Greyhound Country Inn Ltd are looking to recruit an Apprentice Commis Chef. You will join an amazing team to learn from the best!

Responsibilities

You don’t need experience as you will be learning from some very experienced Chefs who are patient & enjoying passing on their passions.

You need passion yourself for the job & want to learn and become the best.

Working in a fun, young busy environment but learning too!

Duties to include:

  • Preparing all vegetables
  • Making desserts from scratch including ice-creams
  • Learning sauces
  • Even possibly plating with the head chef
  • Dishes – everybody here does them

Future Prospects

To move up in the kitchen & then train others
