Responsibilities
Duties will include (but will not belimited to):
- Morning prep
Preparing al a carte menu, including:
- Fish dishes
- Meat dished
- Desserts
- Running of the kitchen including fridge temperatures and cleanliness, checking stock rotation, working with head chef on menus with all produce from the farm shop
Future Prospects
The aim will be for you to become a permanent member of staff on successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Maths and English A-C or 8-4, equivalent and above.
