Responsibilities
Joining AESSEAL's Commercial Department is an opportunity to join a dedicated team managing global customer requirements, providing first class customer service at all times. You will develop communication and problem solving skills while working with the commercial team and other departments to ensure a problem free customer experience.
Duties will include:
- In order to gain an appreciation for a Commercial Administrator role, the Commercial apprentice will take on account management for a small portfolio of global customers/distributors and co-ordinate enquiries and orders with internal departments to ensure problem free customer experience
- The Commercial Apprentice will split their time between account management and despatch administration, ensuring despatch and export paperwork is ready and available in time for shipping
- The job holder will be responsible for collating, analysing and issuing KPI & MOP's data along with assisting with publishing results
Throughout the apprenticeship you will gain an appreciation of the role of a commercial administrator and the skills required for global customer management, plus co-ordinate individual and team projects around customer service management.

- Professional telephone manner
- Competent in the use of MS Office packages
- Foreign language skills such as Spanish would be useful

Training Provided
- The successful candidate will study a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
- This will be aided by an assessor who will carry out all assessments as work-based learning within the workplace
