What will the apprentice be doing?
Answering incoming calls, emails and queries
Liaising and obtaining competitive quotations for biocompatibility testing, where required
First point of contact for clinical enquiries from customers and Bedfont distributors
Provide clinical administrative support to other team members from different departments, as required
Taking minutes for meetings, as required
Loading data onto spreadsheets
Supporting creation and maintenance of key clinical documents alongside the clinical team
