Job Description

Classic Lifts has a policy of continued expansion and growth and as a result we are looking to recruit a new Accounts Office apprentice for our Head Office. For the right person, there is the opportunity to secure full time employment and progress to higher level qualifications.

Responsibilities

Duties Will Include:

  • Purchase Ledger
  • Learning how to prepare and process supplier invoices from 5 branches nationwide
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Requesting copy invoices from suppliers
  • Scanning and filling engineers expenses
  • Credit Control
  • Proactive chasing with customers
  • Chasing customers for monies overdue
  • Sending statements to customers
  • Update customer accounts with e-mail address etc.

Other account duties:

  • Fuel card ordering and management
  • Hotel Bookings for engineers and management
  • Filing, scanning & shredding of confidential documents
  • CIS Letters and Parking Fines

Training Provided

Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard:
